Office Relocation in Athens
Move Friday evening or Saturday — be operational Monday morning.
4–6 weeks before
- Walk-through of both offices — count workstations, servers, archives.
- Written quote with phased plan if needed (floor by floor).
- Notify building management at both locations (elevator, loading bay, insurance).
- IT: backup plan, server shutdown sequence, label every cable.
1 week before
- Employees pack personal items; we handle desks, files and equipment.
- Colour labels per department — speeds up placement at the new office.
- Confirm truck parking and any sidewalk permit (see Athens guide).
Moving weekend
- Friday 18:00+: disconnect IT, pack non-essential areas.
- Saturday: load, transport, unload, basic desk setup.
- Sunday: IT reconnect, final placement, cleanup.
