When you need more than "load it on the truck"
Every home or business has its own situation. We often hear requests like "I'm on my own with two kids, I need someone to coordinate everything," "my company can't be out of operation for more than 24 hours," "I'm moving from Athens to Crete in two phases, with storage in between." We've handled all of these. See our most common customized services below.
Office and shop relocations
Offices, medical practices, small shops and warehouses. The catch: usually you can't afford to shut down for days. How we solve it:
- Work from Friday afternoon through Monday morning so you don't lose a working day.
- Labeling each workstation so it's set back up exactly as it was.
- Disconnecting and reconnecting computers and peripherals (with your IT contact).
- Safe transport of servers, printers and network gear.
- Filing-cabinet handling with numbered boxes.
Flexible scheduling
We work every day 08:00–20:00, Monday to Sunday. For special cases:
- Night-time jobs for shops on main streets with delivery-hour limits.
- Same-day moves when a sudden need comes up.
Phased moves and short-term storage
If the new place isn't ready yet, we can store your things in a secure facility for as long as you need. We also handle phased moves in two or three stages — useful when you're juggling renovations or still have things to do at the old place.
Special items
- Upright and grand pianos: special equipment, piano tie-down straps, a team of at least 4 people.
- Safes: electric hand trucks, ramps, extra crew.
- Antiques and artwork: individual packing with museum-grade materials.
- Large libraries: number coding for exact reshelving.
- Retail display units: surface protection and targeted disassembly.
Moves for students, the elderly, and people with limited mobility
We often handle moves where the customer can't be there — a student in another city, an elderly parent, someone with limited mobility. In these cases we send photos at each stage and stay in close contact with an authorized representative.
